Shipping Policy
Rates, timelines, and international delivery.

1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday. We ship from our Mumbai facility.
2. Domestic charges (India)
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499. Flat ₹79 shipping on smaller orders. Fragile jars are hand-wrapped and boxed in double-corrugated cartons.
3. Delivery timelines (India)
Metros: 2–4 business days. Non-metros and tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days. Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS with the tracking link once dispatched.
4. International shipping
We ship to USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Singapore. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery in 7–14 business days by DHL/FedEx.
5. Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
6. Non-serviceable pincodes
In the rare case we cannot deliver to your pincode, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
Please raise a claim within 48 hours of the delivery attempt by emailing ycoltraders@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We replace or refund promptly.
