1. Acceptance
By accessing yadavasghee.in and placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly between batches because our ghee is made in small hand-churned lots. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST.
3. Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, in cases of stock-outs, mispriced items, or suspected fraud. In such cases we will refund any payment in full.
4. Payment
Payment options include UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, cash-on-delivery (subject to serviceable pincodes), and manual bank/UPI transfers via WhatsApp. All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

6. Returns and refunds
See our separate Refund & Returns Policy. Because ghee is a perishable food product, we accept returns only for damaged jars, wrong items, or sealed-but-defective batches.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Yadavas name, logo, mandala, photography, and copy — is the property of Yadavas Pure Ghee. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
